Like all my products, this fully certified lip balm (in a 10g pot) is made of 100% natural, nourishing ingredients such as Pure English Beeswax, Organic, unrefined Shea Nut & Cocoa Butter and Sweet Almond Oil, which soothe and moisturise your lips without irritating them.
This lip balm contains a natural pearlescent strawberry colour, which gives you shimmery pink lips! But the best part is, it tastes like real strawberries too..
The Shea and Cocoa butter in these lip balms are unrefined and Fairtrade - made by hand by women in Ghana under a Fairtrade cooperative. Shea butter is also a natural protectant from the UV rays of the sun.
I have steered clear of synthetic wax, petroleum jelly and synthetic fragrances which are in many commercial lip balms and are no good for your lips. Did you know that Vaseline just creates a greasy barrier over your lips and doesn’t actually moisturise them at all? This explains why it slides off easily. My lip balm moisturises your lips and stays on. Plus a little goes a long way!

INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Almond Oil - Sweet almond oil is cold pressed from the almond itself and has conditioning, emollient, softening and smoothing qualities.
Organic, Unrefined, Fairtrade Shea Butter - This unrefined butter which is made from the West African Shea nut is an excellent skin conditioner and nourishes the skin with Vitamins A, E and F. It heals, protects and soothes rough, dry or chapped lips, and sinks in easily.
Strawberry Pearlescent Mica Colour - This natural, safe and non-toxic strawberry colour produces a beautiful shimmering and glittering effect on the lips. The Pearlescent pigment consists of Mica (an earth mineral), which is blended with Titanium Dioxide (a natural sunscreen).
Organic, Unrefined, Fairtrade Cocoa Butter - An outstanding nut fat which is extracted from the cocoa bean, cocoa butter is an emollient that softens, heals and protects chapped skin. It is also high in antioxidants and helps to retain moisture (and gives the lip balm the sweet, decadent, 'creamy' texture).
Pure English Beeswax- A natural wax made by bees in the cell walls of honeycombs, beeswax creates a protective barrier over the lips which helps the lip balm to stay on. It is also a hydrating ingredient in its own right.
Organic Strawberry Aroma - This summery sweet aroma contains real organic strawberry extract preserved in 15% alcohol. There are 8 drops of this aroma in each 10g lip balm.
