Delivery Information
We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving payment. Orders with bespoke items, such as personalised labels, will take longer to dispatch (allow 5 working days) but will usually be sent with a signed for service. A dispatch conformation will be emailed to you when the goods have been sent.
Important: For urgent orders, please select Special Delivery Next Day OR 24 hour courier. We will give these orders precedence over the standard orders and we will aim to ship it the same working day, if ordered before 11.30am. Please check with us if unsure. If you would like your parcel to be delivered by Special Delivery on a Saturday, be sure to select the 'Special Next Day Saturday Delivery' option at the checkout.
International Orders
Please note that all orders weighing over 2kg being shipped to Europe or Worldwide are individually priced, which is why they come up as £0.00 at checkout. Please wait 1-2 working days for a shipping quote from us. You have the option to cancel your order after the quote has been sent to you. Occasionally, for larger international orders, we may require that you pay for insurance on your parcel. This is so that we are able to replace the parcel free of charge for you if it should go missing.
Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque on any international order (unless the cheque is issued in £ Sterling from a £ Sterling bank account).
UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £150 WILL BE SENT FREE OF CHARGE!
(Using a 24-48hr Courier Service)
Highlands & Islands and offshore will be charged £10.99 per order
(This is usually for a 24hr service, but could be 3 - 5 working days depending on the size of the parcel)
