Delivery InformationPlease note - You can get shipping estimates online before you place your order. After adding an item to your Basket or when viewing the contents of your Basket, just select your country from the drop-down list to view the shipping costs.
We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 working days of receiving payment. Orders with bespoke items, such as personalised labels, will take longer to dispatch (allow 5 working days) but will usually be sent with a signed for service. A dispatch conformation will be emailed to you when the goods have been sent.
URGENT ORDERS
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (£9.95 + VAT): We will give these orders the highest priority, and we will aim to ship it the same working day, if ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri, or within 1 working day. Please note this delivery option is only available to UK Mainland orders. Premium Delivery (£7.95 + VAT): Please select this if you would like to receive your order within 2 working days. Delivery will be using a Courier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that all orders weighing over 2kg being shipped to Europe have to go via courier. Occasionally, for larger international orders, we may require that you pay for insurance on your parcel. This is so that we are able to replace the parcel free of charge for you if it should go missing.
Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque on any international order (unless the cheque is issued in £ Sterling from a £ Sterling bank account).
UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £150 (ex. VAT) WILL BE SENT FREE OF CHARGE!
HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS
*Small Highlands & Islands orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
*Larger Highlands & Islands orders will be couriered; just choose between Express & Economy services.

(This is either Royal Mail First Class or for orders over 1.25kg, next day courier. We will state how it was sent in your dispatch confirmation.)
Next Day Courier Delivery up to 10kg = £9.95
