Payment Security
You can pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal and Google Checkout. You do not have to have an account with either merchants to do this, but with Google Checkout you will need to set one up at the time of purchase; however it is quick and easy to do so. You can also pay by cheque or postal order, or we can process your credit / debit card information over the phone.
Our Guarantee
Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with an order. If the goods are faulty, we shall refund the cost of the goods plus the return and outward postage costs, as per the Sale of Goods Act. Non-faulty purchases (excluding lip balms/ bespoke items) may be returned within 7 days from the day they are received. Please let us know before you return any goods by using the contact form on the website or by email to: sales@naturallybalmy.co.uk
Providing non-faulty goods are unopened and unused, we will by happy to refund their full cost, including the outward postage, but excluding return postage costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage the return post may incur, so it is recommended that you use recorded delivery. Please return to: Naturally Balmy, 44 Horseguards Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1XL. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Please note, bespoke goods such as our Wedding Favour Lip Balms cannot be refunded.
For business users, the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
We are pleased to be able to offer our products in low volumes. Please ensure that you purchase our products in low quantites first before trialling them to see that they are fit for your intended purpose. Alternatively, on certain items, you can ask us to supply you with samples.
As we offer goods that enable the user to create their own products for re-sale, it must be stressed that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these products comply with current legislation upon re-sale.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email (sales@naturallybalmy.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address: Naturally Balmy, 44 Horseguards Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1XL. In the case of a delay of delivery, please wait for 15 working days from the date of your dispatch email (25 working days for European orders). We cannot be held responsible for a delay in transit, and your order won't be replaced until after the 15 working days, when Royal Mail considers the parcel lost. If your order is urgent, please use our Special Delivery Next Day service.
Availability
We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be away from 4th-15th March inclusive. Orders placed after 2pm on Wednesday 3rd March will not be dispatched until our return. Thank You
