Payment Security
You can pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partner Paypal. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to do this. You can also pay by cheque or postal order.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, although please contact us if you would like it to be shipped outside of Europe for a shipping quote. All UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery, except when over 3kg, it will be couriered via DHL. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. There are no dispatches on Wednesdays. A dispatch conformation will be emailed to you when the goods have been sent. If you would like your parcel to be sent using Recorded or Special Delivery, please contact us and we will adjust the shipping price for your order accordingly.

Our Guarantee
Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with an order. Purchases (excluding lip balms) may be returned within 7 days from the day they are received. Please let us know before you return any goods by using the contact form on the website or by email to: jessica@naturallybalmy.co.uk. Providing they are unopened and unused, we will by happy to refund their full cost, including the outward postage, but excluding return postage costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage the return post may incur, so it is recommended that you use recorded delivery. Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at jessica@naturallybalmy.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address: Naturally Balmy, 44 Horseguards Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1XL.
Availability
We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item.
